This is a meditation sitting group, in which one can learn mindfulness meditation techniques. Open to anyone regardless of experience. Meditation can help reduce stress and improve concentration, health, and self awareness. The format is a few minutes of instruction, a quiet sitting period, then a talk/discussion/Q&A. Please arrive on time and bring a favorite cushion or pillow if available. Chairs provided if not.
Students with financial need can apply for scholarship for partial tuition for lessons or classes. The process is confidential.
