Combine movement, breath and awareness to create
strong health and peace of mind. Tai Chi uses fluid
movements to improve balance, increase circulation,
strengthen the body and reduce tension.
Class includes warm-ups,
qigong (standing energy exercises)
and the Yang long form of tai chi.
All levels are welcome.
$60 for 6 Week Session
This is a continuation of Beginning and Continuing Tai Chi for people who would like to learn some more advanced moves.
Additional $5 Per Day
Students with financial need can apply for scholarship for partial tuition for lessons or classes. The process is confidential.
