*Advanced levels on saxophone, flute, and clarinet.
*Beginning levels on any instrument: guitar, 
recorder, trumpet, piano, percussion, and more! 
*Learn to play any style of music: Classical, Jazz 
Improvisation, Rock n’ Roll…. 
*Flexible Class times. No minimum number of lessons: classes start/end whenever you like.
*Music Performance degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA 
*Experience: Michael has taught over 20,000 lessons to students of all ages
*Free-lance musician for 22 yrs. – has played with: Herbie Hancock, Mike Stern, Gary Burton, Dave Liebman, Louie Bellson.


Michael Parker (Sax) Born and raised in Westerly, Rhode Island, Michael Parker has been playing saxophone for over 30 years. He received a B.A. in Music Performance from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Mike worked as a free-lance musician in Pittsburgh until 1998 and then in New England, perfoming with many great artists such as Herbie Hancock, Mike Stern, Gary Burton, Dave Liebman, and Louie Bellson, as well as in many rock, funk, and soul bands.
​
He currently lives  in Royalton, Vermont as full time musician, teaching and running his bands Soulfix and the Michael Parker Jazz Trio. Michael considers himself very blessed to be able to do what he loves for a living, and is thankful for those who enable him to do so.

WE ARE CLOSER THAN YOU MIGHT THINK

We are  located off Hwy 89 at Exit 2. Turn west onto Rte 132 toward Sharon/South Royalton, then turn right onto Rte 14.        GET DIRECTIONS

Seven Stars is the tall white building with the bright yellow doors, a short ways up on the right. 
​
The building is accessible to wheel chairs. 
Park in the back and enter through the lower level. ​
