Morning Yoga with Jane Mann
Jane offers a gently paced, strengthening and softening yoga practice that is open to all - beginners and long term practitioners alike. Trained in Hatha and Forrest Yoga, Jane weaves the two together making for a joyful, vibrant and deeply connecting class.
"Our intent is to connect deeper to ourselves and our bodies through a range of somatic practices: yoga, somatic experiencing, self bodywork and meditation, while increasing body awareness, strength, balance, ease and spaciousness in mind and body".
