For the past ten years Bob has been performing with his daughter Sarah Amos, a vocalist of remarkable power and sensitivity.
Bob and Sarah have put together an ensemble that has been described as a Vermont Bluegrass Supergroup with three talented pros of the New England acoustic music scene, with Taylor Armerding on mandolin, Andy Greene on guitar and Kirk Lord on bass.
The Bob & Sarah Amos Band provide a highly entertaining program, ranging from powerful, bluesy bluegrass to beautiful ballads, which is sure to please all fans of acoustic music. Guitarist/banjoist/vocalist Bob Amos is an internationally recognized, award winning bluegrass/folk/americana singer-songwriter who has recorded twelve acclaimed albums and performed throughout the USA and Europe for over 30 years.
