Yoga with Diana Shannon Classes Cancelled due to COVID Monday Mornings 8:30 - 10am Start your week off right with Monday AM Yoga, a fully immersive, mixed level yoga class designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, stability, and awareness. Open to all with some yoga experience. Those with injuries or beginners should email the instructor before their first class. Diana's teaching style integrates classic yoga fundamentals with scientific insight and self discovery. All props provided but please bring your own mat. |

If you are new to yoga, coming back after an absence, or just wanting to get clear if you are doing your poses well, you will benefit from this methodical approach to the fundamental poses and methods. No experience is needed but the ability to get up and down from the floor is. Develop ease of movement and a steadiness toward whatever life brings your way. Continuing Yoga For students who have been practicing yoga and want to deepen their practice and expand their repertoire of poses and practices Focus on long warm ups, establish alignment that sustains strength and efficient movement, build a large repertoire of all categories of poses. This is a practice infused with yoga philosophy to help cultivate a steadiness and skill for all that life presents us. |
