Prices listed are per session and the number of sessions is decided by the participants.

Wednesdays 4:30-6:00pm
Intermediate Recorder Ensemble 
For anyone who plays either soprano, alto, tenor or bass recorder. 
We'll play music ranging from the Medieval and Renaissance periods to the Baroque and beyond, including dances and music of Cathedral, Court and Country.

$40 per person for up to 3 participants
$30 per person for 4 participants or more
$25 per person for 5 participants or more


Thursdays  9:30am-11:00am
High Intermediate Recorder Ensemble 

For those who play all the recorders, SATB as well as reading alto up. Players of the viola da gamba are welcome. 
We'll delve into more difficult Renaissance repertoire, Baroque settings and contemporary arrangements for early instruments.

$40 per person for up to 3 participants
$30 per person for 4 participants
$25 per person for 5 participants or more

Chris performs on a wide range of instruments including recorders, oboe, flute, bagpipe, Renaissance reeds, percussion and as a vocalist. Having completed a 10 year tour with Cirque du Soleil she now makes her home in the Upper Valley.
 
She has performed with such ensembles as the Quadrivium, the Utah Shakespeare Festival, Libana, the Christmas Revels, Early Music New York, Piffaro, Ex Umbris and presently with Jubal’s Lyre.
 
Chris has taught at numerous Early Music and Dance workshops including Pinewoods, World Fellowship, Westminster Choir College and for the American Recorder Society. At present she teaches lessons and coaches ensembles at Seven Stars Arts in Sharon, the Upper Valley Music Center in Lebanon and at her home in Royalton.

We are  located off Hwy 89 at Exit 2. Turn west onto Rte 132 toward Sharon/South Royalton, then turn right onto Rte 14.        GET DIRECTIONS

Seven Stars is the tall white building with the bright yellow doors, a short ways up on the right.

The building is accessible to wheel chairs. 
Park in the back and enter through the lower level. ​
