"MOVING TOGETHER, WITH THE ENVIRONMENT"

Everyone is welcome to this movement workshop, grounded in Deep Listening movement improvisation.

The workshops are grant funded and free to the community.

Dates are Oct 28 and Dec 9. From 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm.
Folks can attend one or both workshops.

In this workshop, facilitated by movement artist and choreographer Leah Stein, we will tune our senses through listening, playful exploration grounded in the body, breath, alignment with one’s own energy, collaboration to discover inter-relationships of movement, sound and place.
At the end of the 2.5 hour workshop, we will share our discoveries, created with clear parameters and structure, giving room for and encouraging individual and shared creativity.

Open to all ages. Please wear comfortable clothes.
Prior experience welcome, but not at all required.
